Alice in Wonderland Chair

My neighbor decided to toss out a wooden chair. Who would have thought that her tossing a chair would spike my imagination again? My family had no doubts I could do something with this chair. At the time my daughter's bridal shower was coming up and we had decided on an Alice in Wonderland theme. All was a surprise to her. So for months I secretly painted this chair and then would hide it in my closet so she would not see how it was coming along. I hope you all like the final product. It will be in our family for generations.

The Chair Before 

The knobs on the back of the chair are drawer pulls I got from Hobby Lobby. It added a little Whimsy to the chair. So basically if someone is throwing out a piece of furniture, pick it up and paint it.
